This policy is effective as of March 5, 2026.
What is collected
Information submitted through the contact form: name, email, and message. Basic technical metadata is also collected with each submission, including IP address, user agent, and submission timestamp. Anti-spam verification data is also processed when Cloudflare Turnstile is used.
How it is used
Submission data is used to review inquiries, reply with next steps, deliver messages reliably, and prevent abuse. Personal information is not sold.
Third-party services
Cloudflare Turnstile is used for spam and abuse protection on the contact form. Form submissions may be forwarded to a configured webhook destination (for example email or CRM) used to receive inquiries and follow up.
Retention
Data retained directly by this site is kept only as long as needed for communication, planning, and delivery operations. If submissions are forwarded to a webhook destination, retention is also governed by that provider's storage and retention settings.
Security
Reasonable technical and operational safeguards are used to protect inquiry data in transit and at rest. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by email.
